Cheesy Cookies

Cheesy Cookies is a special appetizer to wine or beer. It can be a good snack too. Besides, you need minimum efforts and time.


  • Cheese, 85 g
  • Flour, 115 g
  • Dried thyme, ¼ tsp
  • Butter, 85 g
  • Dried basil, ¼ tsp
  • Dried origanum, ¼ tsp
  • Salt, ½ tsp

Cheesy Cookies. Directions:

Grate cheese on a medium grater. Cut butter into pieces.

Combine cheese, flour, and butter. Add condiments and salt.


Make dough. If the dough is crumbling, add 1 tbsp water.

Roll small (walnut size) balls and lay them out on the parchment paper. Then press each ball to get flatbread.

Bake in a pre-heated to 180 C oven for 20 minutes or till the cookies turn golden.
