Mango Salsa

Mango is the only fruit that is consumed twice or thrice daily in summer. We can use this mango salsa not only with nachos or chips. We can also make a salad, and its presence will make our meal much more interesting and desirable since it’s a delicious fusion of vegetable and spices in mango sauce.


  • Ripe yet firm Mango- 1 large
  • Tomatoes Chopped- 2 tbsp
  • Chopped Spring Onions Whites- 2 tbsp
  • Dry Red Chilli Flakes- 1/2 tsp
  • Chopped Capsicum- 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Chopped Coriander Leaves- 1 tbsp
  • Dried Oregano- 1/2 tsp

Mango Salsa. Method:

Put all ingredients in a bowl, toss well and mash lightly with spoon. Cover it with a plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Serve it chilled with tortilla chips or as salad with your main course.
