Mango is the only fruit that is consumed twice or thrice daily in summer. We can use this mango salsa not only with nachos or chips. We can also make a salad, and its presence will make our meal much more interesting and desirable since it’s a delicious fusion of vegetable and spices in mango sauce.
- Ripe yet firm Mango- 1 large
- Tomatoes Chopped- 2 tbsp
- Chopped Spring Onions Whites- 2 tbsp
- Dry Red Chilli Flakes- 1/2 tsp
- Chopped Capsicum- 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Chopped Coriander Leaves- 1 tbsp
- Dried Oregano- 1/2 tsp
Mango Salsa. Method:
Put all ingredients in a bowl, toss well and mash lightly with spoon. Cover it with a plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Serve it chilled with tortilla chips or as salad with your main course.
