Paleo Waffles

Paleo waffles are among my most beloved waffles. I cook them very often on weekends and all my family members enjoy them!

A simple swapping of ingredients and voila, paleofriendly waffles!


  • 1/3 cup almond meal
  • 1/3 cup coconut flour
  • 2 TB honey
  • Stevia to taste
  • 1/2 TB vanilla extract
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 to 2 TB of water

Paleo Waffles. Directions:

Combine all ingredients (except for the water) in a large bowl and mix well. If the mixture is too dry add a tablespoon of water at a time until you have the right consistency. (It should be very runny, like cake batter)

Follow your waffle makers instructions and enjoy!
