White Stock Soup

First dishes have become too trivial nowadays. But we offer an unusual tasty white stock soup that is cooked quite easily.

  • 1 cup bottle gourd (doodhi / lauki) pieces
  • 2  potatoes
  • 2  onions
  • Cabbage (a small piece)
  • greens (optional)


Cut all the vegetables into big pieces.

Add 6 cups of water and cook in a pressure cooker.

When cooked, blend in a blender and pass through a sieve.

The soup is ready. You may add some greens. Serve hot.
