- 1 cup bottle gourd (doodhi / lauki) pieces
- 2 potatoes
- 2 onions
- Cabbage (a small piece)
- greens (optional)
Cut all the vegetables into big pieces.
Add 6 cups of water and cook in a pressure cooker.
When cooked, blend in a blender and pass through a sieve.
The soup is ready. You may add some greens. Serve hot.
